Hi I’m just after some advice/ previous experience. First time mum to be with absolutely no idea what I’m doing
I’m 28 weeks tomorrow and just weighed myself. I’ve put on a stone/ 8kg. All the info I’ve seen online says it should only be between 16 and 20 kg total. I’ve not got the best diet with snacking but meals are mostly home cooked/ balanced. I’m really panicked about this now! Usual BMI of 22 I think, now 23.5. I have MW appointment tomorrow so will discuss then but just wondered others thoughts? I’m just so hungry all the time!
