Unsure if this counts as 'getting worse'

I had a physio appointment this Friday due to me having separated abdominal muscles (28 weeks pregnant). They dont really affect me.... getting off our deep sofa can be hard work and its easier if someone else ties my shoes Haha but I can manage and it doesnt cause me pain.

With the current situation, they cancelled my appointment, I presume because it is a non essential one. There was a line at the end of the letter that said to get in touch if anything worsened.

So since this, I've been getting an odd pain between my legs - its definitely muscular and seems similar to the pelvic girdle pain (thanks Dr Google). Now I know this is another condition so is worse but, i dont believe theres anything you can do, except adapt your positions now and during labour to make it more comfortable... and if thats the case, I dont want a wasted trip to the already busy NHS.

I'm rambled a bit but I suppose my question is - can they do anything for me? Is it worth a trip? Or shall I just stay at home and think positive thoughts!

:)

I had a physio session for PGP and the take home mwssage was to keep your knees together as much as possible and do pelvic floor exercises like your life depends on it. There’s other advice out there if you google.

I’d probably not push for an appointment, but it’s up to you.

Thank you - that is my train of thought currently!

Are there any other exercises I can do/avoid?
