20 week scan anxiety

I know so many of us are feeling anxious at the moment.
As a result of IVF, previous MCs and lots of unexplained bleeding this time, I’m one who relies on scans as to get me along. I went for a 16 week babybond gender scan, it was 15 minutes and all looked well with baby girl. Now at 18 weeks the paralysing fear has set in again.
Would babybond have told me if anything looked problematic or would they have thought it best not to cause me worry when the purpose of the scan was gender only? I had a ‘soft marker’ with my son found 20 weeks. It stressed me out no end and turned out to be nothing but I’d rather have known than not known, I’m just so worried about all that again now I’m reaching 20 weeks.
