3 days late, negative tests

Hi all

I am 3 days late for my clock work period (28-29 day cycle), almost 4 days late. I've tested many times, all have been negative. I did think I saw two very faint pos lines, but pretty sure that's just line eye and not actually a positive.

I am feeling a little worked up about this. I'm almost certain I will start my period suddenly. I had some cramping and today I have felt no symptoms at all. Boobs are becoming a little more tender (left one) but they're still soft. They have felt slightly heavier but I'm not reading too much into it. I have been peeing more frequently. And have been very tired lately (but this has gotten better).

Had a strong bout of sickness earlier, thought I was going to vomit but I didn't. This was followed shortly after reading online. So may be psychosomatic.. idk. Really feel like my body is playing tricks on me..

If I was pregnant I feel it would've showed up by now. I feel like I'm out for this month and I've drove myself mental reading online frantically today. I don't think I've left a post uncovered.

I have told myself I will retest if I am 7 days late? Please advise.

What sort of tests are you using?? The First Response Early Result are meant to be most sensitive. I was using the cheapie strips from EBay but they turned positive a few days after the FRER did.

I have used FRER on the first day of my missed period, it was negative. And have been using the cheap ones from amazon (easy @ home) and they've also been negative. I don't even want to test anymore as I keep seeing BFN's, but I feel so unwell and I don't know if that's just my anxiety or what

Your periods may be like clockwork, however there sometimes is the odd month that you ovulate later than normal. That may be the case here.

Wait a few days and if no period test again. I know it's hard, it's heartbreaking to see a BFN that's why I began to temp. I would much rather be greeted by at than a BFN.

I had a faint positive on a FRER this morning. Within a couple hours I had a sharp cramp feeling and thought I needed to pee. But I passed what looked like a massive blood clot. 🤧 I guess it wasn't meant to be. Not sure if I should go to the EPU or just let whatever this is, bleed out. It's so painful and the pain hasn't stopped, just varies in intensity. My periods usually aren't this painful at all.
