Garlic and nausea

So I’ve been nauseous all day and the worst I’ve had it so far (I’m 12 weeks) and I’m trying to work out if something has triggered it as I haven’t been nauseous for a while! When I have been nauseous it hasn’t really lasted more than a couple of hours.

Can garlic make nausea worse? It’s the only thing I can think of that might have caused me to feel like this!

I've got no idea but garlic is the only thing so far that has also made me feel awful! I'm 8 weeks. Had garlic bread with a pasta the other day, just same one we always buy from supermarket and as soon as it was out the oven i found the smell of it so strong. Ate 2 slices anyway then rest of the night I had a horrible strong garlic taste in my mouth and was retching constantly! Weird
