1st trimester constant wind and stomach pain

Hello all - after 5 months TTC we're super excited that we're 6 weeks pregnant but my nausea and sickness symptoms are out of this world compared to what I had with DS15.

I currently can't get out of bed for sickness (this morning I wet myself throwing up - great start) 2 days ago a vein randomly burst in my wrist and for the last week I've have the most awful wind and stomach pains. There is literally nothing that I can do other than let rip (tmi - I'm so sorry)

I was wondering if this was somehow connected to the awful sickness and nausea? Could it be do to the position of implantation? Even crackers and ginger cordial don't have any hope of staying down - I'm not sure if I'll be able to endure another 6 weeks of this 😳

Has anyone got similar symptoms? Is there any hope of this getting better with time? Xx

I'm 9 weeks and still experiencing terrible nausea and gas (only sick once or twice per day) I have the odd day where I get a break from it but as you said these symptoms are a lot stronger from my last pregnancy! Get plenty of rest, stay hydrated and try your best to ride it out! X
