Had positive test...then had a medium AF for 2 days

Hi guys,
Looking for advice/experience as midwife won’t be available until tomorrow morning. My AF was due 9th March I got a positive test 2weeks later on the 25th and then on 27th started bleeding like a normal period... it’s lasted 2 days and now very very light as if it’s finishing ? I got my 2 positive test on first response tests. I had no extra cramping or anything just as if It was a normal AF but now it’s coming to an end after two days? Thinking i have miscarried but think I’m looking for a little hope.

Hey OP. This can be completely normal! I've had a couple of bleeds in my first trimester and also known of other women who have had mini period type bleeds.
Do you have a spare pregnancy test that you can take? When I bled my midwife told me to take one and said it was actually really promising if it was still coming out pregnant.
Try not to worry (I know it's easier said than done) x
