Light period style cramps 37+4

Hi All

So I am having light period style cramping on and off, nothing intense just a cramp for like hardly any time then nothing. This started about an hour ago.

Does this sound like the first signs of labour? It's not anything like I had imagined and haven't had a show or water's breaking or anything.

Following I am a week behind you and have had painful cramps on and off for over 24 hours and sorry tmi dioreah x

It certainly could be the start of labour. Waters breaking isn’t usually the first sign, apart from in films! Good luck
