I'm bleeding like I'm on my period, while 4 weeks pregnant

So my period was supposed to be on 03/25/20, however I was three days late on my period, I took a pregnancy test because I was experiencing bloating, bubbly gas (belching & farting lol), tender breast, the full works of symptom which turns out to be positive, I took another one to be sure and it turn out to be positive again. On the 4 late day, I started to bleed light and then heavy with clot but its not a heavy flow. I do know certain women do see their period like normal but up to three months and their baby came out healthy. Am I experiencing miscarriage? Help this is my second unborn.

I'm really sorry OP but it sounds like this may have been a chemical pregnancy. They don't all stick at this very early stage.

It does sound like a chemical pregnancy. Theres nothing you can do, but wait.

I bled in both my pregnancies as you’ve described. My first pregnancy I bled throughout fairly heavily but with no pain and I had a healthy baby at the end of it. My second pregnancy, I bled for a week after getting a bfp and it became painful and ended in a loss. Unfortunately the only way to know was waiting and testing, my line continued to get stronger for 10 days before the hormones caught up and became much fainter.
