Pulsing on the ear, is this early pregnancy sign?

I have been hearing on mu ear pulse, I know it's my hear beat but I'm hearing it as if I'm underwater

How could this be a sign of pregnancy?

Not everyone gets it. When I first noticed it I panicked because I thought my blood pressure must have been high but my midwife assured me it's totally normal!

I thought the OP was already pregnant though because it’s on the pregnancy board and not conception

Dehydration maybe. Never heard it as a pregnancy symptom.

I know this is an old thread but tinnitus or ear problems like this could be a sign of pregnancy i had this during early pregnancy, unfortunately it ended in miscarriage at 8 weeks.
