Possible Labour?

Hi am currently 40 +4, I had a sweep done yesterday and felt cramps but it never came to anything, however I woke this morning with lots of energy and loose feeling in my hips/pelvis (I have been in bed most of the last few weeks due to dizzyness)

Is this an early sign of labour?

I'm not at that stage yet but I have read that many women feel a burst of energy and want to be active etc and then go into labour so it's entirely possible!
