Seriously looking for someone to enlighten me and cheer me up, or just give it to me straight!
I had absolutely no problems prior to yesterday when I went for an early scan. I'd had multiple positive tests in the last week, but I've now been told I have low HCG and I've started with a pinkish discharge today! I'm terrified I'm now going to miscarry. From my dates I'm about 5 weeks but I personally think I'm earlier than that.
Anyone experienced similar and gone on to have healthy pregnancies and babies? 😔
Including photo of discharge sorry if TMI!!

What is your hcg levels ? Mine at 5 +2 weeks were only 82 every woman is different hcg levels to begin with mind clearly take longer to get high but am 37 weeks pregnant so as long as there doubling that's what counts x

Could you not put a warning on the title about the picture?

jellytots3 · 28/03/2020 20:05

My HCG was only 17 yesterday apparently but I'm thinking I'm more around 4 weeks instead of 5, I don't remember it being this low with my son but I didn't even find out I was pregnant with him until later on. Just so hard waiting! I know it's within normal range but the woman I spoke to earlier today was so rude and told me I'll probably miscarry and nothing further will happen with them!!!

I'm so sorry I thought I included a warning!

@jellytots3 the best thing to do is to try and stay as calm as possible (easier said than done). Every woman and pregnancy is different.
I had a missed miscarriage in February. I was around 5 weeks when the baby stopped growing. I only found out as I went for an early scan at 6 weeks. I had my HCG bloods done on the Monday, they were 4100. On the Wednesday they were 4300. I had no bleeding until the day I was due to have the operation.
Some people's levels don't increase so quick but should still double. Some people have bleeding/spotting and go onto have a healthy pregnancy. I wish you all the best. Put your feet up, listen to some music and take your mind off what your body is going through. It might just be doing what it needs to do to carry a baby. :) x

@somegoodnewsforonce is now really the right time to just drop a comment to the OP, make her feel bad and leave no advice or support? That pic is a drop in the bucket in comparison to some women’s photos and half of them don’t contain a warning!

OP, I’m so sorry to hear what you are going through! To echo the above (helpful) comments every woman’s HCG is different and it’s whether they double that’s the main thing!

I had a MC at 5 weeks and my HCGs were about 3500 and didn’t double. But as the poster above has said has said hers were low and it was fine!

Try relax! My SIL bled throughout her pregnancy and her kid has just turned 7 yesterday!

If you’re truly worried maybe look into getting private HCGs done!

xx
