You should call your midwife / midwifery unit for advice. Hope you feel better soon.

That's the thing its not that bad like I can breath but just feel like its not properly but I am just thinking maybe it's my anxiety

I totally get that! Maybe it would put your mind at rest if you spoke to someone? I was breathless at various points in my pregnancies, it's always worth having a quick chat with the midwife to see what they think. It can be such a worry even without a global pandemic!

Yeah it has gone a bit better then before maybe it is my anxiety I just dont want to call them for no reason lol my might call my local midwife in the morning and see what she says

Good idea. Definitely call if you're worried. Take care.

Are you feeling better today?

MrsPoll · 29/03/2020 07:36

Please contact MAU, I had this at 23 weeks. I went to the hospital & They tested my blood for clotting. I'm now on blood thinners.

I was breathing ok but had to take deep intake of breath every now and then and it didn't feel right.

Humina · 29/03/2020 10:22

I hope you called them and were looked after.

I called them but she said its normal as the baby has started to push upwards I am feeling better today it comes and gos and not there 24/7 and i have really bad anxiety which i think is definitely contributing to it x

I've had this too. It's when the baby pushes your rib cage out slightly over time so you need to take deeper breaths than usual to get a full breath and it feels like you can't breathe but it's natural as the baby gets bigger

NishaaS123 · 29/03/2020 16:58

@pancakesunday yes you described it just right even my friends who gave birth recently said it happens specially after 21 weeks because baby starts to grow rapidly I literally put on nearly 2kg on in 1 week lol
