Is this Round Ligament Pain?

I'm almost 24 weeks pregnant and have developed a really sharp, stabbing, sore pain the left side of my tummy/bump. It hurts to move and hurts when pressed on as well.

I had a phone consultation with my GP and she out it down to IBS but its a definite muscle pain. Feels like a pulled muscle.

It is still there today but not as bad.
