I was called by a receptionist at my surgery today saying I needed to pick up some medication after receiving my blood results from my 28 week app. Wouldn't tell me what for, but i'm presuming anaemia related.
All well and good except the queues outside the chemist are literally around 30 people long, I know they've had to put measures in place because of corona. I tried driving up there just to see what it was like a couple of times today and it was just as bad each time. I normally wouldn't mind waiting, but obviously pregnant women are considered high risk and I'm not sure I want to take my chances standing in close proximity to a large group of people?!
I don't really know what to do about it as the pharmacies also won't send out medication? Just wanted other peoples thoughts and opinions really!
