Hi! I joined this forum as I didn't know what else to do and I thought that I would find the help that I need on here. I am 16 years old (nearly 17) and I don't know if I am pregnant. I am currently on the injection (depo) so I don't know if my symptoms are side effects of the injection or are symptoms of pregnancy. I have experienced random brown discharge today, I've been needing to go to the toilet for a wee more often than usual and ive also been suffering with constipation. My breasts have also been very sore and I have noticed they have grown a little. I was just wondering if anyone could offer and advice, help or support.

Hi,
I have noticed those exact symptoms in the past days before getting my period, there is no need to worry unless your period is late...in that case you should do a pregnancy test.
I never had the injection before..so not sure if your symptoms could be because of it.

Hi @glmp121 I recommend you doing a pregnancy test as am I right in thinking you wont have a period on the injection? If you do have a period wait until you are due to see if you are late and do a test if you are late. If you do not have periods due to being on the injection I would do a pregnancy test and make sure you reach out to someone for support with this but only if you feel safe to do so. Hope this helps
