Hi I am unsure if to get a sleepy head snooze pod? I've heard they are not safe? But then also been told they are amazing.. what are they used for? I have a next 2 me for in the bedroom& a Moses basket for down stairs and a bouncer. Thanks for your advice in advance xxx

They aren’t recommended for unsupervised sleeping as they aren’t flat. They can be used for daytime naps where the child is supervised and are a useful place to put a baby down safely.

They do seem to help babies sleep better but if you want it for overnight sleep, I would recommend seeing how you get on without one and only get one if you’re desperate because it is better to avoid them. My own view though is they are safer than trying to sit up all night with a baby and inevitably falling asleep holding them, which really is dangerous.

We bought one as a place to lay baby down around the house . It was brilliant. When my little one was a newborn I would put him in it as I made breakfast or when I showered . He would happily kick away and sometimes fall asleep . I also bought a mobile that hung above it in an arch and that was a big hit .

Its super convenient and definitely worth the money for me . My little one outgrew it by about 6 months old.
