Hi has anyone vaped when pregnant? I don't think I will ever go back to normal cigarettes. Was everything ok? Feeling very anxious with my 3rd pregnancy

The current recommendations are that vaping is safer than smoking although to what extent, we aren’t entirely sure. Vapes and liquid should be bought from a proper shop rather than market stall for example, and you should try to cut down the amount of nicotine over time. You can combine vaping with other nicotine replacement therapies if you wish. Does your local area have a quit smoking service?

Thankyou, I'm seeing the midwife 31st so will ask her for some advice and support. I always have only brought from a shop never offline or tamper with the e cig. It's 0.6mg of juice. I'm suffering with bad anxiety and get waves of feeling depressed. I don't know if that's a pregnacy symptom or just everything that is going on at the moment (Coronavirus) I'm trying to cut down my husband has started locking it in the safe when he goes to work. But then I find my self going to get it when he's home :/

My midwife recommended vaping.... I went on the lowest nicotine 3mg I think and baby is fine. I didn't use it constantly though just occasionally

When I was pregnant they had posters up about how vaping is dangerous for the baby. I know it's hard to cut down but having nothing is obviously better. Hope you get the support and advice you need.

I vaped through my pregnancy. No issues. Perfect pregnancy, typically annoying now 4yo ds is fine 🤷🏻‍♀️. All anecdotal obviously.
