Hypnobirthing recommendations

I'm 16 weeks pregnant and considering using hypnobirthing this time. I've just found out that home births have been cancelled in my area at the moment and it's really making me worry in case this will still be the case in September. I'm thinking that hypnobirthing might help me to relax about the situation. Obviously it would need to be an online course, but does anyone have one that they would recommend and when would you suggest starting if so?

Haven’t used it yet but will be doing The Positive Birth Company. Hopeful the full courses will be allowed to run by the autumn (I’m due November) but there’s an online pack anyway

And I’d say start asap Smile

I've been doing the positive birth company's online pack which is a course of videos as well as podcasts and a handbook and so far it's great. DH and I sit down together every night and watch 1 ot 2 videos. Apparently the earlier you start the better.

Positive birth company digital pack is excellent, also join the Facebook page for positive birth stories. Excellent.

Another one for the positive birthing company. A few weeks ago they had the pack reduced down to £12, my friend said they often have the sale so it might be worth waiting a few weeks. So far seems positive. Not sure how much it will help in the moment as I'm incred anxious but other reviews seem positive

Agreed re. PBC. I used to be very sceptical about hypnobirthing but it has transformed my opinion. Tje course convinced me to try a home birth and i spent a lot of time visualising that, now that's in jeopardy I might rewatch some of the videos and visualise a hospital birth. It's very useful for explaining the science behind labour so you can understand what's happening rather than just being clueless and scared (as I was first time round.)
