Realistic/Honest responses please!

I'm due for a Csection in approx 14 weeks. I'm aware it's a little while away but anxious about what the situation will be by this time.. do we think we will be as we currently are? Worse? Better and coming out of it?
I'm a nightmare for worrying and getting anxious so have through through worst case scenario's but would love some honest opinions on what to expect/where people think we will be.
I've spoke with a family member generally (not about pregnancy) and he believes that we will be like we are for at least 3 months if not longer.. is that realistic? I've looked into other countries but as were taking different steps and so on can I use that for a guide?

Huge hugs to anyone also pregnant and due soon, or within the next 3-4 months.

I'm due in July and worrying about the same thing. Don't have a confirmed c-section but am fully expecting it. I'm trying very hard to enjoy my pregnancy as it's my first and plan on it being my last but I'm so unsure of how everything is going to be in the next few months. Also due to my work closing, I'm now on reduced income so am not even sure I can afford to buy things for baby yet :(
