Early scan problem, how long before it all happens?

I've just had an early scan, should be 7+2 but measuring less than 6 weeks. The dates aren't ambiguous as I was on letrozole for pcos and ovulation problems. Obviously suspecting the worst and just wanted to know others experience of how long I might expect to wait before the body (hopefully) does its thing and ejects it all naturally.

Ttc for over a year, hoping this was a glimmer of good news in what is otherwise an utterly shite year so far. TIA

Sorry to hear you're in a worrying time. I hope it doesn't come to the worst.
My experience of mmc was the baby died at 5w and I started to bleed and pass it at 11w

Thank you @Delbelleber. I'm sorry to hear about your experience too. It's all so bloody unfair. ☹️
