9 weeks pregnant don't feel it

9 weeks pregnant and don't feel it at all. I've not had morning sickness, I just get a bit nauseous if I don't eat immediately when my stomach growls. My boobs only hurt on an evening and I feel fine. I'm just paranoid cause all my baby apps say I should be feeling this and that. Some even say you might start to show a bit this week. But I've lost weight if anything.

The only thing keeping me going is that I saw my little beans heartbeat two weeks ago. It's like torture waiting for the 12 week scan. Can anyone relate?

@danielle95lab I'm the same but not as far on as you, I'm only just over 5 weeks.
You may just be one of the lucky ones that gets to carry on as normal with no horrendous symptoms. Try not to worry, at least you have the reassurance of your first scan being all ok Grin not long til your next one.

I’m the same and 11 weeks here, I’ve had no sickness and if it wasn’t for missing periods then I would have no clue! I went for a private early scan at 8 weeks and all looked good and a heart beat, so I’m calm now and just figured this must be the way I carry!

I guess we are lucky as I would prefer this to lots of sickness. Sit tight and your scan will be here before you know it xx

I didn’t feel pregnant throughout my pregnancy. Had none of the symptoms most people get and the only signs I ever got was a big belly and felt little one kicking after 24 weeks. It is not a sign things are wrong. You are just one of the lucky ones!

mamansnet · 25/03/2020 15:49

You're lucky!

I'm 19 weeks and have been exhausted from 6 weeks onwards. Now on lockdown with a three year old so it's no fun.

I've started feeling some movements this week so I'm only just feeling pregnant now, as opposed to just tired.

I understand that you want to feel it more, but you'll get there soon enough. Use this time to start getting your house ready and internet shopping for baby stuff, you might feel very differently and not up to doing anything later on!

mamansnet · 25/03/2020 15:51

On second thoughts, it's a bit early for buying baby stuff, but you could start browsing at least!

Thanks ladies! I think I'm just so scared about getting excited, even though I should be it's an amazing thing.

I have no reasons to be concerned other than the fact I haven't been sick. So it's just my mind going crazy. Appreciate the lovely comments and sharing your experiences xxx

@Danielle95lab everyone is different so try not to read into the apps too much. Such a good sign that you've seen your baby's heartbeat 💕

I also had minimal symptoms at 9 weeks. My boobs were only sore if I pressed them so I'd drive myself mad pushing them about all the time to check if they still felt the same 😂 symptoms hit when I was about 14 weeks. I'm now 5 months pregnant with a healthy baby boy xx

Danielle95lab · 25/03/2020 16:30

@MeganMama28 honestly think I'm losing my mind 😂 obviously it's my first and we were trying for ages so I feel like this is taking over my brain with paranoia.

My boobs ache like mad when I'm in bed like really painful. Then during the day I'm the same cause it's barely noticeable, I'm pressing them all the time and my partner is like what the hell are you doing haha.

I know I should consider myself lucky, I just don't even know what's normal and what isn't xxxxx

I felt like this with my first two. Tiny bit of nausea, tired, and travel sick on the tube but otherwise totally fine. My third pregnancy has been hell on earth!! Congratulations on your pregnancy, you will fell better after your scan I'm sure!

duckling3 · 25/03/2020 19:07

Hi, I'm in the same boat. 9 weeks pregnant and no nausea or sick. I've just been a bit more tired and gone off tea/ coffee. Can't help but worry it's not a good sign but then I keep telling myself I haven't had any symptoms of anything negative either.. I had an 8 week scan and saw heartbeat otherwise I might not believe I'm pregnant. Glad to hear I'm not the only one 😊

njayde25 · 26/03/2020 07:07

If it makes you feel any better I had no idea I was pregnant at 9 weeks, so I had no symptoms whatsoever either x

Sorbet18 · 26/03/2020 09:52

I'm 24 weeks and have not had any symptoms or tiredness. The only way I'd know I'm pregnant even now is when he moves in my belly and that I can no longer do up my regular jeans! Otherwise I feel no different at all.

The fact that you've heard the heartbeat is a great sign. I know it's difficult but try not to worry, many people don't get symptoms at all, you just don't hear about it as much. Hopefully you'll remain symptom free for many more weeks & it'll be an easy pregnancy for you Smile

Smartie15 · 14/04/2020 12:31

With my first I had nothing at all until I was like 4/5 months gone.. this is my second and I’m 9 weeks aswell and since 5 or so weeks I feel like I have had everything! Everyone is different and I know it’s stressful😫 x

Birdy1991 · 14/04/2020 12:33

Don’t worry I didn’t know I was pregnant until 12 weeks and took a test on the off chance (no regular periods so wasn’t particularly concerned). No symptoms at all for me either otherwise I would have known sooner! It’s a weird time I feel, but you’ll most likely feel pregnant in ten weeks or so. Just try to enjoy this time 😊
