How long do symptoms stay with a missed miscarriage?

I hope this is ok to post. Can anyone tell me how long pregnancy symptoms can stick around for if unknowingly you have had a missed miscarriage please? I'm about 11 weeks, second child/pregnancy, not showing at all, intense nausea has been easing off massively since about 9 weeks after I fell on the stairs carrying my 3 year old, although I didn't fall in my tummy it was a forceful/strong and scary fall down half of the stairs. I haven't felt quite right since then. I have moments I can still be sick, but overall with everything going on right now with the virus too, I just feel very negative and unable to see the good in all this. I have my dating scan on the 3rd April so I know time will tell I just wondered if anyone could give any personal advice. Thank you I appreciate it x

Also I'm assuming eventually there is a bleed? I know I sound negative and worried and this is a sensitive subject so I appreciate anyone's input x

I had two MMC in a row. One of them was pretty much a symptomless pregnancy from the off which I didn’t consider abnormal because I had no symptoms when I was pregnant with my DD’s either. I had some brown spotting at 11 weeks which prompted me to go to EPAU for a scan and I found out the heartbeat stopped at 7 weeks.

With my second MMC I had every symptom going and felt incredibly nauseous until around week 9 when it started to taper off. I didn’t think much of it because I’d had two early scans at 6 and 7 weeks and seen a heartbeat both times so I thought everything would be ok. I had no spotting or bleeding at all, just went to the 12 week scan and found out the HB stopped at 9 weeks.

Losing symptoms can definitely be the only sign of a MMC but it can also be normal when the placenta starts to take over. Some have spotting/bleeding, some have nothing at all. It’s hard to say really, I know some women still have strong symptoms and no spotting so no idea anything is wrong whatsoever. Good luck OP, hope everything is ok Flowers.
