35 weeks and leg numbness at night

Has anyone had issues with sleeping and constantly changing sides due to numbness in the legs?

I lay on one side and then my legs go numb and I have to switch and this happens all night.

I have a pillow between my legs and one under my bump.

Anyone else have the same issue and has found something to help, not sure I can deal with this for the next 5-7 weeks.

I had this...not much helped....Try a few more pillows. Also try sleeping on your back. I did have probably 5 or 6 pillows wedged between my legs and under my back. and sort of half sat up while sleeping because of bad indigestion....it does get better once you have had the baby.

@SofiaAmes pregnant women are not allowed to sleep on their back after 28 weeks as it can increase the chances of still birth.

Op I get numbness in my arms. It's a pest but don't really know what to do about it!

@SofiaAmes thanks I used to sleep on my back before being pregnant but as @delbelleber stated you shouldn't sleep on your back because of risk of stillbirth.

@delbelleber thanks, I cant see me being able to do much about this! Wasnt sure if it was the start of something or not.

Oh gosh. I totally forgot about the not sleeping on your back. It's been 18 years! I do remember the numbness though and lots and lots of pillows.
