Something to help me sleep?

I'm almost 31 weeks' pregnant and suffering from horrific anxiety as my ex has broken the Court Order and has informed me I won't see my childen "for the forseeable future" due to Coronavirus.

I am barely eating or drinking, and struggling to sleep.

No amount of relaxation or methods like that are going to work, I'm well past that point.

Are there any medications I can take? I just want to close my eyes and forget about everything for as long as I can.

OP, so sorry you are going through this.
If DH has broken the court order, are you allowed to contact the police to recover your children?

Fot the sleep, you need to contact your midwife. She will be able to tell you what you can take.

As long as it is safe for the baby, using sleeping tablets for a short period of time can be beneficial as the anxiety - sleep deprivation cycle is a vicious one.

@Crackerofdoom Thank you. The police say there's nothing they can do as Court Orders are "civil matters" and can't be reinforced by them.

This is despite my ex being well-known to them. They've been out before, for example, when ex trespassed onto our garden, started banging on the door and threatening/swearing/shouting abuse at my fiancé in front of the boys.

He's also tried things like attempting to break into my car before and hacking into my library account and taking out books - one was titled "Revenge is Sweet".

At almost 31 weeks' pregnant I am terrified but most of all scared for my mental health. I'm barely eating, drinking or sleeping.

It's been 10 days without my boys now and no end in sight.
