6 weeks strong cramps?

Hi all,

According to due date calculator I am 6 weeks (not confirmed yet as midwife not for a couple of weeks).

Rang the GP yesterday as I have been having REALLY strong period like cramps since the weekend - they come and go but are mega painful when I get them. I’ve had light spotting when I wipe too. GP referred me to EPAU on Thursday morning to check it out.
Still have sore breasts and some nausea, so appear to still have pregnancy symptoms?

Very aware that the NHS is under immense pressure atm but think I would rather get it checked out now as there will be no chance in a couple of weeks time

This is my first so I have nothing to compare to and no idea if this is normal??

Hey I'm in the same boat as you.
I'm 4 weeks, but the cramps are horrendous. They come and go but my god when there present I'm in absolute agony! Feeling faint as well.
I feel your pain! I've been booked into early pregnancy unit 7th April! So will wait to hear then!

Just wanted to say that I’ve been experiencing this too - awful period type cramps which even woke me up in the night. But i had a private scan done yesterday and everything was fine, saw the heartbeat. It is normal to have some cramps

Hey ladies, hoping you dont mind me joining OP. I am 6+4 days and having horrendous cramps. Getting so panicked and upset and with being stuck indoors its more time to think. I also have a bit of brown spotting, but only seems to be when I go to the toilet. Can you ladies let me know how you get on? @Pumpkin108 where did you get private scan done? I'm trying to find somewhere still open that I can get this x
