Confusion over corona

I’m very confused as to if pregnant woman are in the vulnerable at risk group or not, help.

Pregnant women are in the 'you should be really careful about practicing social distancing' group (along with, for example, the elderly) - although I haven't checked that now we're all supposed to be on lockdown anyway.

Pregnant women with a heart condition are on the list of people who are very vulnerable (along with, for example, people undergoing chemo).

Thankyou , it’s such a difficult time to understand what is the best things to be doing, I’m guessing this means we are able to exercise following social distancing
