Offered to go full term or induction

Just really confused now as to what to do. The whole pregnancy we've been told we're going to be induced at 39 weeks due to low Papp-a and a previous SGA baby.

I'm 35+2 and was given my last growth scan. Was supposed to have one at 38 but due to what's going on he's instead said we can offer to induce you at 38+2 (3 weeks from today) or if you want to wait until 42 weeks and see what happens naturally you can do that.

He didn't explain anything properly and now I'm home I'm just confused so called them up and he's going to ring when he's free.

I really don't know what to do. Growth seems to be fine, baby was expected to be small but is bigger than expected. However, I know growth scans are not accurate.

Do I choose the induction or wait it out?
