LOSS OF SYMPTOMS (7+4)

Hi everyone!
This is my first pregnancy, and I can't help but worry...
I've been feeling nauseous since week 6 and incredibly sore breasts since week 4.
I had a scan 3 days ago, they saw a healthy baby and good heart beat. But today when I woke up, all symptoms has vanished! 😫
Making me terrified something is wrong.

I have no cramps or bleeding, just loss of my two major symptoms.
Is this normal?! 😔

Hi, my symptoms also disappeared around 7 weeks. They never really came back but everything was fine. It caused me a lot of panic at the time to the point where I paid for a private scan at 9 weeks but I now have a healthy 2 month old :)

My symptoms came and went, and would always stress me out when they disappeared, but they would always come back with a vengeance.
