Morning Sickness

Hi!
I'm having my 2nd baby, I'm around 7 weeks and I have morning sickness now. It's definitely not as bad as last time but I dont know if it's going to get worse or something so I was wondering, is there anything I could do to ease it? I'm not very good when I feel sick, I go all pathetic but I'm coping a lot better this time round because we're keeping it a secret until the first scan. Although I think my mum and my mother in law suspect something, which is slightly annoying but what can you do.
Any tips on how to ease it? Especially when I wake up in the morning, because it's the worst in the morning. I'm trying my best to eat little and often. Is there a certain food that might help too?
Thanks!

In the same position (second pregnancy, 8 weeks, less nausea than last time). I personally find it easiest to manage if I stay busy. Tidying, sorting, etc. Fresh air really helps and excercise. I know those things aren’t top of the list when you’re tired but it really helps me feel better.

I found if I went for a decent walk one day then it was less the next day. Hard to do under current circumstances but might be worth a try

I have it bad although it’s getting better slowly.
If you can face eating, just have little snacks I find it helps with it. Also hard boiled sweets really help and peppermint tea.
