Hi girls, my antenatal classes have been cancelled because of the Coronavirus and I was really looking forward to them with my hubby :( are there any good, reliable and preferably free (UK) online classes you could recommend me?

Highly recommend the positive birth company's digital pack. Not free - but almost- its £39 and includes 6 hours of videos on birthing, plus hypnobirthing resources (breathing and relaxation) and access to a private Facebook group for questions/queries from other mums.

I also really rate their post-partum pack (again £39) which includes videos on aftercare, feeding, sleeping, how baby will change your relationship with partner and some post natal yoga videos. Also has access to a very useful facebook group with queries/support from hundreds or maybe even thousands of mums on all sorts of topics.

Both are really worth the money.

The honest midwife did really good one online. I was in a similar situation and happened to find her, was free, very informative and think she is running another free one tomorrow evening. Helped calm my nerves in these uncertain times Smile

I had a hypnobirthing course on a CD which was fab, and there are antenatal yoga classes online now too, so worth giving it a look.

I did Daisy Birthing with my 2nd (and, as a disclaimer: I liked it so much I trained to teach sessions)

Quite a lot of teachers are still running classes online - they aren't free as they're not live stream or pre-recorded videos, but proper virtual classes where you can still talk to other local mums to be and make connections with people who live near to you for the future, once this passes and you want baby friends to meet up with.
