I've suffered with it too, currently 13 weeks and it's still coming back most days. It's horrible and I really do feel for you.

I've found that I've had to eat ginger nuts for my breakfast each day.
I've been wearing anti-sickness bands everyday and every night - not sure if they've actually been helping but it's the thought that they have been I guess.
Lemonade has been my best friend for the past 8/9 weeks as well, finding it easier if I am able to burp with some gas in me rather than no gas. (sorry tmi)
The other thing I've been doing is snacking throughout the day, rather than eating set meals it's been easier having snacks as and when so that I don't have an empty stomach which actually makes me feel more sick!

If I think of anything else then I'll let you know! Hopefully you find something that will help you out and let you at least get by with it. Just keep thinking that it'll all be worth it in the end.
