Overthinking Covid19 Symptons?

I could be over thinking this but here we go..
My toddler son has got a cough and runny nose 4 days ago (we've kept him home since) but 3 days ago, I developed a cough and started to feel pressure around my windpipes when I breathe, and after long conversations (around at least 10mins of talking) I will have shortness of breath. Today I can feel tightness around my throat but I'm not struggling to breath.

My midwife is aware of my symptoms and advised to self quarantine in case, drink plenty of water and paracetamol for pain. If it progresses further then I need to call the maternity ward so they can arrange for scan and see me.

Basically my question is, has anyone experienced these symptoms as normal pregnancy symptoms? I'm currently 19weeks

I haven't had exactly that experience but didn't want to read and run! Remember, there are still colds and other viruses doing the rounds. I've had a few this pregnancy. My doctor and midwife both told me to keep an eye on my temperature. Do you have a thermometer at home? M x
