Anyone know which herbal anti-viral meds are OK in pregnancy?

Hi everyone. I am generally quite into natural health and usually take olive leaf, echinacea, goldenseal and vitamin c if I get sick with a cold/flu like thing. I want to get a few things so we have some help if my partner or I get COVID-19. But I don't know what is OK during pregnancy. It seems that echinacea and olive leaf are OK but that goldenseal isn't. I know vitamn C is ok, midwife said.
But there is, as always, conflicting advice on the internet.
Does anyone have experience of using these kinds of herbs for viral infections while pregnant? Any herbalists/midwives/doctors out there who can advise?

xx
