I’m so cold.

I’m freezing. I’m about 8 weeks pregnant (10+5 by dates but I know that’s wrong based on when I got a positive test and think I conceived so 8 weeks is my best guess). I’ve been suffering with HG for the second time. I didn’t experience this last time, but I just can’t keep warm. I’ve just fallen asleep under a duvet, in the sun, fully dressed with a jumper and hoodie on, and my toes have gone numb with cold! I can’t stop shivering!! My temperature seems to be normal so don’t think I’m unwell.

Has anyone else experienced this?

I was the same in my first trimester - kept thinking my husband was turning off the heating on me! Some nights I'd wake up freezing and others I'd be roasted. Dressing in layers helped.

I wake up sweating in the night @dumpling123! It’s so weird!

Yes I had this back in Aug/Sep ( baby due v soon now). I think I was cold because I was just so tired. Had it coming back now I am near the end too.

@ChikiTIKI I wondered if it was because my energy reserves are low as I’m not able to eat much, so being tired makes sense.

Take your temperature, a high temperature can make you feel freezing cold
