I had a sweep yesterday morning, cervix is 75% effaced and 2cm dilated with 2/5 palp, had some uncomfortable lower back ache (not painful) all day yesterday which seems to have gone this morning. No contractions or anything, no show, no bloody discharge (even though there was mucous from the plug and blood on the midwives gloves after she'd done the sweep).
Anyone know whats going on? Or could offer any experience or tips to get things moving?
