Hi all. I’m currently 8 weeks pregnant and my sickness is pretty bad. Last night I woke up in the middle of the night and vomited - it was so forceful I wet myself 😳. Is this normal?!

Hi 👋!!! Awwww congratulations and YES this was normal ..... for me anyway. I used to have to pop a pad on just incase, or if I was caught unawares, sit on a towel on the floor in front of the toilet (yep, it's all so glam 🙄😁) Start your pelvic floors now, if you don't already and congratulations again ⭐️🙂

Aww op! I was so freaked out the first time this happened to me. Work on your pelvic floor exercises. It's ok, it's normal, just a shock. I have hg, its still happening to me at nearly 15 weeks sometimes.

Yes, sorry. I had hyperemesis and the muscles used to vomit seemed to get stronger so it happened more and more frequently.
