Pushchair for very tall dad!

Hi everyone, now that plans to go out and test pushchairs are scuppered, does anyone have experience with pushchairs that are good for dads that are very tall! I’m pretty normal height so would need something that can change height quite easily for a 6ft4 husband..

Not even sure if this is possible so any advice would be great! Thanks x

Bugaboos change height really easily.

Bob off road & running pushchairs are nice and high; hard to get now but look for second hand?

Our icandy peach is great and so easy to use. DH is 6ft 4 and no issues.

We have a bugaboo bee 5 and an icandy peach 3 and my hubby is 6ft 3. Both are perfect for him to push.

We have an oyster 3, and the handle can move up and down. 6ft4 partner thinks its a comfortable height!

My DH is fine with our City Mini GT. he is also 6ft 4.

Not the Cosatto Giggle! He can't push it as he has to stoop so much and it kills his back.

Uppababy Vista! :)

usersouthcoast · 22/03/2020 12:17

The Joolz was really tall when we looked a year or so ago. Was my husbands preference, but I preferred Bugaboo as found easier to lift

fellyjish · 22/03/2020 12:18

Bugaboo Fox, the bassinet bit is quite high as well as having a height adjustable handle.

Also bigger bassinet than some of them (bigger than the uppababy vista)- guessing your baby might be on the tall side!

Spanneroo · 22/03/2020 12:20

DH is 6'5 and I'm 13inches shorter. Pushchairs that worked for us both were

Uppababy vista
Baby jogger city mini GT
Bugaboo anything

DH and I are both over 6' and had this issue too. It's not just the handlebar but the height of the carrycot / seat; the baby feels miles away in some lower prams. Bugaboo Bee was particularly bad for this and I found the Cam too low too. The highest we found were Joolz Day or Geo, Stokke Xplory, and Uppababy Vista.

FlabberMcBlasted · 22/03/2020 12:50

Stokkes are huge. I had to sell mine as I couldn’t see over the top!

TheLovleyChebbyMcGee · 22/03/2020 12:53

I love our uppababy vista, it's great for my DH who is 6ft4 too. Our last pram had to be taken apart to fold but the uppababy doesn't, it's fab!!

Oakmaiden · 22/03/2020 12:55

For a moment I? wondered why you needed a pushchair for your dad to ride in...

Sorry. As you were.

sel2223 · 22/03/2020 13:59

We've just bought a joolz day 3, we are both fairly tall and I found it the most comfortable to push around and manoeuvre. The chassis seems to be a bit higher than others and the handlebars adjust so can make them higher too.

doadeer · 22/03/2020 14:01

We have bugaboo bee and DH hasn't reported any issues, he is 6ft 4

csmw · 22/03/2020 17:11

The one with the highest handle I've found is the icandy orange. I'm 6ft 1 and DH is 6ft 4
