Growth scans

Hi, hope someone can help. I had a growth scan as I am old at 28 weeks. I thought then they said the next scan would be 34 weeks but the appointment I have been given is 36+4. Is this right? My midwife is not answering my messages and I am freaking a bit as I am 34 weeks now and haven’t put any weight on for at least the past month.

Hi -my understanding is that my two growths scans will be 28 and 36 so yours is bang on! I haven’t heard of a 34 week scan. I think they leave 8 weeks between them. Good luck.

I had mine at 24-28-31 got one next week at 35 then 37 and 39

I think the reason for them determines the frequency of them. For some people they have fortnightly scans, I had monthly, some will be like you and others have no growth scans. I barely put any weight on but had above average sized babies. If babies movements are well then I wouldn't worry.
