I’m 10+2 today and my lower back has been hurting on and off since 4 weeks but today it seems to have ramped up a gear. It does ease when I take a rest and lay on the sofa. Just wondering if this is normal? And any ideas of how to ease it from those that have/are experiencing the same?

I’m 20 weeks on Monday. And have it as I type this! I also got it around the same time. Laying on my side helps. A warm bath. And get someone to massage it if you can. X

I am 10+5 and this week out of nowhere I've been having lower back ache. Like the aching I get just before my period but not as bad. It's eased off now and I did look on NHS website and it said as long as it's not really painful it's quite normal due to everything moving around ready to start growing a bump. Hope this helps x

i’m 31+5 and my back has been in agony from around 12 weeks. i’ve found a hot water bottle eases the pain most of the time - argos have an amazing one that you can strap to your body. a massage can also help. my 6 year old is now an expert at massages 😂

I’m 8 weeks today and have just started suffering with lower back pain and I feel quite breathless too, hoping it will pass.
