How are you practicing social distancing?

I'm 30 weeks pregnant tomorrow,have two hospital appts next week. I've got my ten year old at home with me,my partner working from home and my ten year old stepdaughter coming to us 3 days a week from next week as her school will be closed.

I'm not going out to to shops anymore. Or could I go about 30 mins before they close when they tend to be quietest? I won't be going anywhere else.

Do you all think this is this ok?

So I’m going to shops -I feel you don’t get that close to people and I wash hands as soon as back. I also go outside on walks. Both these things I don’t believe to be too high risk and honestly -I can be holed up in my flat the whole time.
