20 weeks and rib and shoulder pain!?

Hi I am 20 weeks since 2 days been having pain under the ribs and it travels into my left shoulder hot water bottle helped a little but it came back as soon as I woke its so uncomfortable did anyone else have it?

It's probably trapped wind but I think shoulder pain is also a pre-eclampsia symptom so do call your midwife.
Check if you have any other symptoms, changes in vision, a pressure headache at the top of your head. If you have a Blood pressure monitor get it checked.
