Self isolation

I am currently 21 weeks pregnant I work as a café manager. I am so confused as to wether or not I should stay home for 12 weeks as of yet? I don’t want too be judged because I am still working, as a lot of talk is just being “advised” to reduce social contact. So does this mean I need to take 3 months off of work?

The most recent update ive had from my employer is that the advised 12 week isolation is for pregnant woke to in the third trimester only...

@Smiffette thank you, I have a little while until I can take maternity leave was hoping to stay at work until then, if I have to isolate then I will.
