Prenatal vitamins uk?

Hi mommys(to be)
Which brand or what kind of vitamins including folic acid do u guys take? And from where?
What do u recommend??

I went to a nutritionist and was recommended Nutriadvanced Multi-Essentials for Pregnancy which has Folate (folic acid) in. When my midwife asked what I was taking at the booking appointment she said that was a very good one.

I've been taking the Seven Seas once's, I used their step 1 for ore-conception and I'm now using their step 2. They're always 3 for 2 in Tesco so 3 months is £10

The only one recommended is folic acid with vitamin D. So that is what I took. The others are just a scam IMO.
