15 weeks pregnant and bleeding ?

Hi everyone can people please help me out as I’m going crazy! This is my first pregnancy and I’m 15 weeks + 1 day today with twins.. I started with a little bit of brown blood yesterday morning, then only bits of brown when I wiped, then about 9oclock last night I felt wet (sorry) when I went to check they was normal blood (no clots) I phoned hospital and they said If it’s not heavy and no clots there not worried, to put a pad on and keep an eye, this morning I’ve just got bits of brown again, is this normal ? Should I worry? I dint sleep last night with worry

There could be many reasons for it. Call your mw and tell her you are worried.

I’ve tried to call my midwife this morning she’s on holiday ☹️☹️
