AIBU - DH attending business meetings

Hi all,

Just wanted to ask the forum, if I am in the wrong. I am 27 weeks, with Type 1 Diabetes, while I acknowledge there is no proven risk to the baby if I get coronavirus I would very much like to avoid it.

My DH has been told to work from home and where possible to not attend meetings with clients which can be done over the phone. He has a meeting this afternoon which he acknowledges could be done over the phone but plans to go anyway as the customer was the one who suggested face to face. He would be taking the train to this meeting.

AIBU when I asked him to at least suggest its done over the phone? He is acting like I am crazily overreacting and maybe I am. Not sure.

I TOTALLY understand the pressure our husbands are under with their customers but I think the train would be a very bad idea right now! Especially since he said it can be a virtual meeting!

What’s more important, the customer or you and the baby xx

Not at all unreasonable, I'm asthmatic and 15w and have said to my husband that either we self isolate together or he'll have to quarantine. If we really need something then he can go to the supermarket but to be sure we're (including the baby) safe then we need to minimise any risk of me catching it. Tbf we're lucky that his work have been good so far and he's wfh for the foreseeable.
