I'm 37+4, can anybody suggest any natural inducing techniques? I've been bouncing on my ball and been reading about raspberry leaf tea today which I'm going to try! But any other recommendations would be appreciated 😊

I’m trying Evening Primrose Oil.. I lost my plug after two tablets & have masses of increased discharge. I never had any of that with my daughter, so I duno if it’s coincidence or the tablets?! I know the plug isn’t a sign of much but my midwife said it is encouraging things are softening & moving forwards! For an easier delivery if nothing else!

People recon dates help as well..

Bouncing on the ball is great for getting baby into a good birth position, but the only thing I found for me to bring things on was a sweep from the midwife at term. Eating certain things like hot currys and pineapple etc just gave me the squits during delivery so not recommended:)

Just relax and don’t wish this time away - your life is about to change forever and the baby will come when its ready. I was 12 days overdue and so regret stressing out when I should have been relaxing and enjoying myself! Also I tried anything and none of it worked - was induced in the end (and had a lovely waterbirth)

Tried *everything

Raspberry leaf tea only works if you have been taking from 34 weeks so I would save your money on that one

A bath with claret sage oil worked for me 1st time round but I didnt use until I was 40 weeks but was in labour the next day

Sperm on the cervix. Nipple stimulation or orgasm to release oxytocin.
