My mum's messaged to say my son has a temp, he most likely has a cold as he is full of snot. But she says it's likely we will have to self isolate.

I'm really stressed b3cause my scan is meant to be Thursday and I'll be 13 and a bit weeks. I've not had heartbeat checked or anything so I have no idea if the baby is fine or what. What do I do?! If I delay the scan it means I could be 15 weeks or more before I even know what's going on with the baby. I've seen so much random info. I don't have any symptoms myself apparently we should still go to appointments. I feel like crying from the stress.

Coronavirus: Pregnant women ‘should keep antenatal appointments’ www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-51925455

Having just returned from our local maternity unit, which is in chaos today due to a woman turning up with a cough (whole antenatal area closed for deep cleaning, all clinics cancelled, only pregnant women no partners allowed in for scans) , you need to phone ahead and alert that you or family member have symptoms.

I suspect that they will be in contact with you before your appointment to check anyway (my MW phoned me before lunch to check I didn’t have any symptoms)- I had a 36 week scan and consultant appointmebt today Which was pretty unnerving with all of that going on.

So yeh- I would phone them and let them know.
