Please help- need advice

Been spotting for a few days and bleeding heavier today..had some cramps. How do I know if I'm miscarrying? I had a miscarriage in November 2019

Do you have any clots when you’re bleeding? I’d ring the EPU and they’ll advise you what to do next. Fingers crossed for you xx

Being waiting 11 hours for epu to call me back 😢

Are you able to get a private scan tomorrow? The EPU are completely overwhelmed at the moment because of this virus so may take them ages to get back to you or they make not be able to provide much reassurance
