Dizziness after eating

Hi all,

I've posted about this before and investigated the idea of it being blood pressure but that is fine. And in our Coronavirus times I've no idea if I should hassle a midwife...

But my dizziness is off the charts. I'm fine in the morning until the second I eat something and it all starts. Does this sound like gestational diabetes?

Last midwife apt I was measuring big so was sent for a growth scan and if that was worrying she said she'd do a week of glucose tests. But the scan was ok so I've heard nothing!

Thank you!

I suffer this but have naturally low bp and blood sugars so when I eat the quick spike in sugars makes me spin a bit as the blood pressure picks up to get the blood around. Have you had a blood test recently?
